Danny Rand and The Hand - Iron Fist

Pretty much everyone agrees that Marvel/Netflix's Iron Fist was not good. There were a ton of technical problems with the show, but the biggest issue came from the Iron Fist himself. Danny Rand was unlikable.

But could his character be somewhat redeemed if he left with some new information? What if Danny knew that The Hand was operating out of Rand Industries before he left?
