Diederik went out almost every day for 2.5 years and succeeded with his team in creating unique images of life in the Jewish community, both on the street and behind closed doors. Over time, he gained so much trust from the community that he was able to film in places where no non-Jew had set foot before. No one has ever succeeded in making such a unique documentary about the life of Orthodox Jews. Until now.
