The days in Querencia are about to end. The unexpected arrival of Manuel Pradenas, a revolutionary worker who returns from the north to say goodbye to his dying mother, will put in check the authoritarian hegemony of José Luis Echeñique in his traditional hacienda and in his marriage with Leonor Amenábar. Thus, the family life of the Echenique Amenábar family and his three children, Ignacio, Luis Emilio and Teresita, will change forever, collapsing the rigid values, abuses and impositions that reigned in Querencia for years.
