Takes place in a small, economically inconspicuous returns center in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. There, Susanne Krombholz (Stefanie Stappenbeck) runs the company for a "good cause" - the profits go into the pockets of the colleagues. They are generated by not shredding the returns as prescribed, but selling them under the counter.
