24 high-level amateur students have been selected from all over France to undergo intensive training at the Cake Academy. During their course, they will learn to master pastry techniques and meet all the creative challenges of their teachers. Every day, they will have to progress to stay in the academy and prove that they have the necessary talent to become professionals and to be able to join Cyril Lignac's brigade for the best of them.
