Cannabis: la série documentaire

For a year, Mathieu Kassovitz and Antoine Robin investigated these countries which have chosen the legalization of cannabis: Morocco, Spain, the Netherlands, Canada, Thailand. In France, they met dealers, police officers, users... To understand this paradox: our country, where the law is the most repressive, is the one in Europe with the largest number of consumers, a third of whom are under twenty-five years old.
