The "Miklos Horthy and the Habsburg Prince" achievement is considered one of the most infamous in all of Hearts of Iron 4. Not only is Hungary a fairly difficult minor nation to play, the restoration of the Austria-Hungarian empire requires several lucky rolls of the dice to reach its full potential... and THEN you have to take on both the Allies and the Axis. Fortunately, you can mitigate the randomness somewhat with careful timing and cheeky maneuvers. So let's unleash this resurrected monstrosity on the world!
