The “Intruder Intercept and Interrogate” program was an important part of the Solar Warden Mission that Corey Goode was a part of. Many of the beings captured were brought to testing facilities, like the ones Emery Smith worked in. They reveal that many of these beings are here with permission and are protected. Others do not have such luxuries and may be subjected to the darker side of human intervention. These revelations only scratch the surface to the extent of the willing and unwilling extraterrestrial presence on our planet.
