Rachel Miller and Émile Darcy are married and have two daughters. Intelligence specialists, they work for the Canadian Security Services (SSC). Their quiet daily life is shattered, however, when a shooting breaks out near the American consulate. Clues reveal that a CIA “mole” has infiltrated the SSCs into one of their high-level sections. Rachel and Émile realize that the attack was aimed at a pacifist political dissident, an immigrant for 20 years, and threatened from all sides. At the same time, Émile is entrusted with a secret mission by his bosses: the identification of the CIA double agent who is among them. In addition, the couple must find out who is behind the shooting and if any further actions are to be expected.
