Changer de job, le grand saut

Employees have volunteered for an experiment: they will sign their resignation letter and then leave their future in the hands of a team of experts. These experts will analyze their profiles to offer each person a new tailor-made job. They will then have one month to test the profession before deciding whether they want to validate this reconversion or return to their former activity.
