Dr. Phil meets a former superior court judge who lost his job after giving zero jail time to a man who strangled a woman unconscious and threatened to kill her. Also, a rape victim’s mother speaks out for the first time on daytime television about how her daughter’s rapist walked out of court with zero jail time.
