We couldn't be more grateful. Dealing with suicidal thoughts is a topic that we have been wanting to do for a very long time now, but because of it's highly sensitive nature, we needed a lot of planning.
We hope that you guys find these tips helpful and can share it with someone in need.
Also, at the end of the video, we mentioned a company called #BellLetsTalk. It's an initiative that aims to raise awareness and challenge the stigma around mental health. We're actually based in Canada and really wanted to bring this initiative to around the world!
