Jessica Jones Season 2 is now available on Netflix and it is chalk full of references to the other Netflix shows AND the MCU! Did you catch all the winks and nods?
This season, Jessica Jones is dealing with being labeled as a hero vigilante after the events of season 1 and The Defenders. She is still working as a PI at Alias Investigations but now is investigating the origin of her powers and her family’s past. Trish Walker is still training to become a vigilante herself (possibly Hellcat?) and Malcom is back to help Jessica run Alias Investigations. Jerri Hogarth is in search of a cure for her disease, while everyone is investigating a myserteous powered killer. We find out that Jessica’s mother Alisa survived the crash years ago and has powers similar to Jessica. Will Jessica become like her mother?
