Het seizoen 5 van SOKO Stuttgart werd uitgezonden op ZDF van jeudi 10 octobre 2013 tot jeudi 10 avril 2014. Het bestaat uit 24 afleveringen, de eerste heet "Besetzt" en de laatste "Die Tote auf dem Eis".
