Het seizoen 2 van SOKO Stuttgart werd uitgezonden op ZDF van jeudi 7 octobre 2010 tot jeudi 14 avril 2011. Het bestaat uit 25 afleveringen, de eerste heet "Altlasten" en de laatste "Das Todesfagott".
