Toxic friends and fake friends aren't there for you when you need a friend most. In a toxic friendship, you never feel support or compassion. This affects your sense of self and identity, causes low self-esteem, and even lead to feelings of depression and/or anxiety. Have you ever had a perfect friendship that turned sour?
