Today AD takes you to the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, where adjacent to the iconic twists of Lombard Street lies a super luxurious estate like none other. Residence 950 encompasses a full city block, the equivalent of six regular-sized lots. Across more than 9,500 sq. ft. sits the 5 bedroom/6.5 bath main residence, joined by a lush garden to the personal wellness cottage - complete with sauna, steam room, massage area, and spa. Beneath the garden hides a personal art gallery, given natural illumination through built in skylights. A cantilevered, 4-sided infinity edge pool extends out towards the property line, offering a 270° view of San Francisco and the Bay (including the infamous Alcatraz island.) When it’s time to head out, residents can rotate one of their cars on the garage turntable before driving down the “Batcave” tunnel and emerging into the California night.
