This is a very good film. As I suspected, there will be detractors, those who are against this pope, or the Catholic church, or any mention of God. It's ok, nobody has to like it. But for Catholics, people of faith, or of good will, or anyone who wants to see a portrait of the man, you should watch this film. It has such a broad scope, very topical, touching on issues that affect the whole world. But it's all very relatable and personal, as it follows the travels and thoughts of one influential leader. For me, it was a moving experience. [This seems trivial, but I wish the English subtitles were easier to read!] Still, I'm glad to give it 5 stars!!

As a Catholic Christian, I always been very faithful and a big fan of Pope Francis. When his forerunner ended his job as Pope, Catholics worldwide especially in the US were shocked and speechless. But as Pope Francis arrived, he changed everything. Some Catholics like myself were very impressed by what he was doing and are still impressed. One of his biggest challenges is that he's dealing with is the sexual abuses committed by priests. Do I think he's doing a excellent job? Yes.
