Bingo

Bingo looks at American life through the eyes of a heroic canine in this story of a friendship between a young boy and his dog. After running away from the circus in search of a family's affection, Bingo happens upon 12-year-old Chuckie (Robert J. Steinmiller, Jr.) and saves him from drowning. Although they're instant pals, Chuckie has to hide Bingo because his parents won't let him have a dog. When Chuckie's father, a barefoot placekicker for the Denver Broncos, is abruptly traded to the Green Bay Packers, Bingo must be left behind. A heartwarming 1000-mile adventure of puppy love and loyalty ensues as Bingo and Chuckie encounter crazy characters and hilarious situations in their quest to be reunited. Dogcatchers, kidnappers, hospitals and even prison can't keep the two misfits apart.
