It is actually worth the watch but that ending.....there are no words. Cheezy just wouldn't do it justice. It gave me feelz, of wanting to vomit. I think I did a little after laughing hysterically at the stupidity of it.

This was a beautiful, charming love story. I absolutely loved it! Ignore the haters who didn't like the ending. I was cheering! Yes its in Russian, and you have to read subtitles, but it didn't distract from the story at all. There's a few trailers out there that are very cheesy looking. IGNORE THEM. They don't do the movie justice! The dragon is well animated, special effects are great! The chemistry between the two main characters feels real. I even cried during a few tender moments. I also love that it's family friendly. I recommend this movie if you're looking for a love story with elements of fantasy, ESPECIALLY if you love dragons!! <3

I stumbled across this movie entirely by accident and expected it to be pretty bad - looked like a typical B-rated movie. But I was really wrong! This is such a sweet, sweet, absolutely sweet love story that just makes you feel good at the end and actually not shallow at all. It has an absolutely gorgeous story telling that does not waste a minute (I was actually glad the movie wasn't so long, since these days most movies are 2 hours+...), absolutely beautiful cinematography, great CGI with the dragon, great emotional acting by both Matvey Lykov and Maria Poezzhaeva, tear inducing soundtrack, the list goes on. Truly enjoyed every minute of it, including some of the more the cheesy scenes. It's a shame this movie flopped at the box office, but well, I'm glad it's here! Definitely give this one a watch.
