"Adapt, overcome and improvise!" Made before first IRAQ WAR of 1991, and "9/11" in 2001, it's a great testimony of the GREAT American fighting spirit - when properly motivated and led! As a Viet era vet, I saw the WORST in 1973-77, as America was recovering from our Vietnam disaster! 😣

One of my favorite movies of all time. Upon first glance it seemed shallow and self serving. However, once you've seen it - you'll want to see it again, and again... Chock full of important life lessons about sacrifice, pain, hurt, loss and valor regained. It begs the age old questions: So what's the meaning of it all anyway? Why press on? What's loyalty, self-respect, team work and integrity all about? Just because you're a life long dedicated loyal servant of the greater cause (Semper Fi) you'll nevertheless run across old lovers, losers, bosses, and bullies that want to trip you up in order to save face or their own pathetic selves from the "real truths in life". A humorous case study in human nature. A must for any serious DVD collector.
