Mei is focused solely on her career, with little time for housework and romance. On her 28th birthday, she finds a strange man in her messy apartment.

Despite his trial period having ended, Nagisa revisits Mei’s apartment to return an item. Mei gets roped into drinks after work with Tadokoro.

Tadokoro begins to question if Nagisa is really Mei’s father. Curious about Nagisa’s private life, Mei decides to tail him when she spots him outside.

Rattled by the incident at the hospital, Nagisa begins to make mistakes at work. A concerned Mei visits his house to find out what’s bothering him.

Unable to conceal the truth of her relationship with Nagisa any longer, Mei finally comes clean to Tadokoro. Yui gives Nagisa some unexpected news.
