Appel d'urgence

In emergency service jargon, they are called "calltakers". They are the ones who pick up the telephone from numbers 112 and 101. For many of us, these are voices. Voices that guide us, direct us and support us in times that are often very difficult and of intense distress. It will make us live the daily life of 12 "calltakers" and the fate of those who call them in the face of their distress.
