One of the free-standing movie-length Christmas specials released as part of the BBC's JONATHAN CREEK franchise. These full-length features were separate from the hour-long series episodes, and as such, they are listed individually here as self-contained entities. In this feature, a man witnesses the suicide of his wife in their snow-covered yard outside his study, but an autopsy confirms that she had already been dead for several hours. Further complicating the husband's story is the fact that police found no other footprints anywhere near his wife's body, even though he claims to have seen someone talking to his wife just before she pulled the trigger. Enter Jonathan Creek, who suspects foul play but must contend with a annoying deliberations of celebrated Scotland Yard detective Gideon Pryke while trying to uncover the truth.
