Eric Goen's children and grandchildren of forgotten Flemish collaborators who fled to Argentina after the Second World War to start a new life in Bariloche. This mountain town in the Patagonian Andes has been known for decades as a refuge for war criminals from Germany, Austria and Italy, such as Erich Priebke, Adolf Eichmann and Josef Mengele. It is less well known that a large group of Flemish war criminals have also sought refuge in Bariloche. The series paints a portrait of a number of those Flemish collaborators and the legacy they left behind. How do their children and grandchildren deal with this very heavy family and, above all, ideological legacy?
