TRANSCRIPT:

Up at the Mount Massive Asylum in Lake County Colorado, the Murkoff Corporation is testing out a new psychological treatment known as dream therapy which totally isn't a spa treatment. A contractor working at the Asylum known only as the Whistleblower sends an email to investigative journalist Miles Upshur detailing the abuse of the patients at the Asylum. Miles arrives only to find the Asylum seemingly abandoned.

Breaking in with only a video camera and hopefully an empty bladder, Miles finds the remains of a massacred Swat team. A dying Swat officer warns Miles to RUN as the variants, the asylum's incredibly jacked mental patients, are running wild.

Before Miles can heed can figure that out, he's assaulted by Chris Walker, the Andre the Giant of mental patients and thrown deeper into the Asylum. Miles is awakened by father Martin Archimbauld, a patient turned insane preacher, who declares that god has sent Miles to bear witness to the cult. Now it's up to Miles uphold his journalistic duty to expose the supernatural atrocities happening at Mount Massive. Oh, and make it out alive, too.
