How To Lose 100 Pounds (or more) | How to Lose Weight in 2023!

Tips on how to lose 100 pounds in a healthy and natural way!  

These are some of the things that helped me lose 100 pounds myself - and I hope that they'll be useful to you too.


Losing 100 pounds takes more than dieting and exercise.  To succeed at long-term weight loss, what we really need is a really motivating personal VISION.  WHY do you really want to lose weight? What is your reason for wanting to change? 


Once you have a clear vision of your WHY and the motivation to lose weight is there -   then we will discuss some easy and actionable weight loss tips that you can put into action right away.


You set yourself up for weight loss success by defining key behavioural goals.  Weight loss is an outcome and therefore it’s not 100% in your control.  So instead, we want to focus on what we can control, and that is our behavior.  


Then we'll discuss what to eat to lose weight (more accurately - what not to eat to lose weight).  There are no hard and fast rules to weight loss, but some foods make it harder to lose weight.  We will discuss making good choices on the foods we eat and increasing the healthy, nutritious and natural options that will help you feel full and hit your daily vitamin requirements!


Finally - we will discuss counting calories, tracking your food and environment management. These are two essential steps that will set you up for weight loss success and keep you motivated to lose weight in the months ahead!


By increasing our awareness about our environment and the quality and quantity of the foods we eat, we can create an easy structure to follow and losing 100 pounds will become your normal and natural way of living.
