Rafe finds a locket Abigail dropped at the docks. Meanwhile, Abigail brings supplies to Chad at the hideout. He knows it will be hard for him to prove his innocence from here, but he will figure something out. He yearns for Abigail, knowing she's about to leave town with Ben, but he restrains himself as they say goodbye. Abigail returns home and tells Ben she's ready to leave Salem with him. Ben reveals they don't have to go. The fact that she was willing to move proves she loves him. Rafe arrives to question Abigail. Ben lurks outside to listen as Abigail lies that she hasn't seen Chad. Meanwhile, Chad goes over all the things he's remembered about the nights Serena and Paige were killed and Marlena was attacked. When he pinpoints the time of Serena's death and realizes he was fighting with the drunken man on the docks at the same time, he decides to search for the man and prove his innocence.
Aiden admits to Hope he is drowning in debt and had to turn to some shady people for help. She's shocked and angry at first, but ultimately forgives him and offers to pay the debt. Hope begs Aiden not to keep any more secrets from her. He promises he won't. Aiden meets with the loan shark to pay him off, but finds out the debt has been paid already. He gets a text from Stefano that they have business to discuss.
Jennifer admits to Roman she's worried about her son blaming himself for Paige's death. She's on the verge of telling Roman the truth about Clyde when JJ returns. JJ wants off the mission, telling Roman now that Kyle has disappeared, he can't help him. Alone, Jennifer asks why JJ didn't level with Roman. JJ's still worried about what Clyde might do to Jennifer. He finds the bug Eve planted and believes it was Clyde's doing. Jennifer argues it might have been Eve, but JJ fears he's a dead man.

Du côté de chez ABC, la majorité de leur séries ont été renouvelées, parmi lesquelles A Million Little Things, Big Sky, black-ish (pour une dernière saison), Grey’s Anatomy, Home Economics, Station 19, The Conners, The Goldbergs, The Good Doctor ou encore The Rookie. CBS a aussi renouvelé ses nouvelles séries B Positive et United States of Al ainsi que SEAL Team, qui passe elle sur Paramount+ pour sa 5e saison. Du côté de la FOX, les séries 9-1-1 et son spin-off 9-1-1: Lone Star ainsi que Call Me Kat et The Resident seront de retour à la saison prochaine. Enfin, NBC a renouvelé Days of our Lives, Kenan, Law & Order: Organized Crime, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon et Young Rock.
Du côté des plateformes, Amazon Prime Video a renouvelé sa nouvelle série animée Invincible pour 2 saisons de plus et Netflix a annoncé le renouvellement de Firefly Lane pour une 2e saison. Parmi les autres renouvellements annoncés durant le mois de mai, on peut également noter le retour d'Hippocrate pour une 3e saison sur Canal+, le sauvetage de Sanditon pour 2 saisons supplémentaires ou encore le renouvellement de Stargirl et de Kung Fu.
