Eric and Nicole are alluding to what they did when Serena walks in on them. She's twigged to something going on between them, but they cover. Later, Eric meets up with Nicole at Daniel's apartment, still wanting to talk. She tries to shut it all down, telling him what they shared that night has to stay between them. But Eric has a problem: he's in love with her! Nicole's rocked. Meanwhile, Serena meets with Xander - and brings a pocket digital recorder. She tries to steer him into an incriminating conversation, but Xander gets suspicious, finds the recorder - and tells her she's going to pay.
Chad arrives at Kayla's office as Abigail asks to have a paternity test run. Abigail and Kayla cover - and Chad backs away, seeing Abigail is upset and not wanting to interrupt. Once he's gone, Kayla realizes Abigail's urgent reason for needing the test - but Kayla has to inform her it's too early to safely conduct one. Abigail will have to wait. Abigail opens up about how cruel Chad's been to her and the huge mistake she made by sleeping with him. Kayla will consider Abigail's request to conduct the paternity test using information on Chad already on file, but she makes no promises. Later, Will is rocked when he figures out Abigail thinks Chad could be the father. He tells her about seeing Chad earlier - he seemed genuinely upset that Abigail might be sick.
Earlier, Will's compassionate with Sonny, who is dealing with the news of his parents' pending divorce. Chad arrives, upset to think Abigail might not be well. He asks Sonny and Will if they know anything. Later, Chad returns to the hospital and tries to get Kayla to tell him what's going on with Abigail. Kayla downplays and says it's personal. Against this, Jennifer and Hope drop by Ben's place with some housewarming gifts now that Abigail has moved in. Ben's full of anticipation for things getting better and better with Abigail.

Du côté de chez ABC, la majorité de leur séries ont été renouvelées, parmi lesquelles A Million Little Things, Big Sky, black-ish (pour une dernière saison), Grey’s Anatomy, Home Economics, Station 19, The Conners, The Goldbergs, The Good Doctor ou encore The Rookie. CBS a aussi renouvelé ses nouvelles séries B Positive et United States of Al ainsi que SEAL Team, qui passe elle sur Paramount+ pour sa 5e saison. Du côté de la FOX, les séries 9-1-1 et son spin-off 9-1-1: Lone Star ainsi que Call Me Kat et The Resident seront de retour à la saison prochaine. Enfin, NBC a renouvelé Days of our Lives, Kenan, Law & Order: Organized Crime, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon et Young Rock.
Du côté des plateformes, Amazon Prime Video a renouvelé sa nouvelle série animée Invincible pour 2 saisons de plus et Netflix a annoncé le renouvellement de Firefly Lane pour une 2e saison. Parmi les autres renouvellements annoncés durant le mois de mai, on peut également noter le retour d'Hippocrate pour une 3e saison sur Canal+, le sauvetage de Sanditon pour 2 saisons supplémentaires ou encore le renouvellement de Stargirl et de Kung Fu.
