Wistoria: Wand and Sword

Will Serfort, a young individual, is motivated by the aspiration to fulfill a commitment he made to a childhood friend: to transform himself into a Magia Vander, one of the most powerful wizards who reign atop the Tower of Enchantment. However, Will encounters a significant pitfall: he is unable to perform even the most basic spell. This forces him to battle creatures in the underground labyrinths to accumulate points at Regarden's Institute of Magical Arts, where he attends classes.

Despite his lack of wizardry, Will is equipped with uncommon swordplay skills inherited from his enigmatic past.

At the Institute of Magical Arts, where power and spells rule all, Will is forced to find his way through perilous trials and competitions, while searching for a way to unleash his secret magical ability.
