Adaptation of the English series, Shameless.

In the Gallagher family, there is the father and the six children. The mother has abandoned the family. Everything could be a matter of courage if the father, Frank, were not an irresponsible man who keeps hanging out in bars drinking without stopping.

The head of the family is then Fiona, 21 years old, the oldest of the siblings. She is responsible for the education of her brothers and sister. The family is penniless since Frank has no job. She has set up little schemes to make sure she doesn't end up on the street.

Lip and Ian are the two teenage brothers. If Lip is a runner, Ian is blocked by his sexual orientation which he can't reveal. Carl is 10 years old and is Frank's spiritual son. He is starting to become dangerous and violent. Debbie, 11 years old, is a little Fiona, very alert and helpful. Liam is a baby who is not yet aware of what the family is going through.

There are also neighbors and friends Veronica and Kev who help them through their troubles. In a Chicago neighborhood, the family has to live and survive between the father's setbacks, money, love and sex problems.
