Scorpion

Walter O'Brien (Elyes Gabel) and his team of gifted individuals are recruited by Federal Agent Cabe Gallo (Robert Patrick) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to form Scorpion, a unit meant to be the last line of defense against complex, high-tech threats around the world.
The team includes Walter O'Brien, one of the smartest people in the world with an IQ of 197, and his friends Sylvester Dodd (Ari Stidham), a "human calculator" and statistical genius; Happy Quinn (Jadyn Wong), a "mechanical prodigy"; and Toby Curtis (Eddie Kaye Thomas), a "world-class psychiatrist" (a Harvard-trained behaviorist).
The group is completed by Paige Dineen (Katharine McPhee), a former waitress who must manage the interactions between these team geniuses and "normal" people by translating the real world to them; they, in turn, translate the world to her as seen by her young son, Ralph, who is himself endowed with extraordinary intellectual abilities.
