Can you beat criminals at their own game? Baek Sung-il is a tax collector who is frustrated by the wealthy using all kinds of deceitful practices to get around Article 38, which governs tax payments. To beat them at their own game, Sung-il assembles a special task force composed of law enforcement and criminals to nab rich people who try to avoid paying taxes. He recruits conman Yang Jung-do and civil servant Chun Sung-hee to join the task force, along with ex-thieves Noh Bang-sil and Jang Hak-joo. Together, no tactic - from insurance and real estate scams, fake antiques, voice phishing and pharming - is beyond their means go after wealthy tax evaders.
