HIP - High Intellectual Potential
Morgane Alvaro (Audrey Fleurot) is 38 years old and has 3 children, Théa, Eliott and Chloé, from 2 ex-partners. Alone, this woman has to manage her little family and her work which also tires her. Morgane works as a cleaning lady at night at the police station of Lille. While cleaning, she accidentally drops a file on a case. Curious, she opens and consults the reports. After reading it, she does her own investigation, and gets an idea of who the culprit is. She leaves her deduction on a note in the file.
The next day, the investigators summon her and realize Morgane's potential. She is indeed HPI. She has developed a high intellectual potential.
Quickly, the police station decides to take her as a consultant. She accompanies Inspector Karadec (Mehdi Nebbou) and Gilles Vandraud (Bruno Sanches) on the current investigation, under the supervision of Commissioner Celine Hazan (Marie Denarnaud). Hating authority, Morgane Alvaro asks for compensation. In exchange for her services, she wants the team to investigate to find her former companion Romain who disappeared fifteen years ago.
As the investigations progress, Morgane will prove to be brilliant, but also confusing. It's not every day that an HPI comes out of nowhere and leads the investigation.
