Two mafia clans are in conflict in the heart of Naples.
The first is led by Don Pietro Savastano for 30 years and the other by Don Salvatore Conte.
Don Pietro Savastano is getting old and wants to hand over to his son, Gennaro Savastano, alias Genny. But Genny is still far too young to run a clan of this size alone. He is still attracted by things of his age. Don Pietro asks his best henchman, Ciro Di Marzio, to initiate his son to the role of mafioso. Nicknamed the Immortal, Ciro is the emerging man of the clan and the favorite of Pietro Savastano.
Sooner than expected, Genny will be the head of the Savastano clan. A generational conflict ensues between the young, friends of Genny, and the old, who have remained loyal to Don Pietro, of which Ciro is a part, which jeopardizes the survival of the clan.
