Death Note

Light Yagami is a gifted high school student who views the current world as criminal, depraved and corrupt. Since the day he came across a mysterious notebook called "Death Note," his life has completely changed. The instruction manual states, "Those whose names are written in this notebook will die."
Skeptical at first, Light decides to test the notebook and discovers that its power is real. He meets the former owner of the Death Note, Ryûk, a god of death. He tells him that he voluntarily left his notebook for people to find and have fun with.

Light decides to use the Death Note to eliminate criminals, he who wants a perfect world to dominate it! But the notebook has several rules: you can only kill a person if you know his face. You have to write down their first and last name. If you don't specify anything about the desired death, it's a heart attack by default.

But the many unexplained deaths of criminals attract the attention of Interpol, especially the mysterious L, a strange detective. L decides to investigate this serial killer.
