Philippe Etchebest is a renowned chef and best worker in France. In each show, he visits a restaurant that is in financial difficulty. The customers don't come anymore and the establishment will be closed if nobody reacts. Philippe Etchebest will then test the proposed cuisine, visit the stoves and hold the managers and teams accountable. Who is at fault? What needs to be changed? He will be confronted with poorly managed stocks, expired products served to customers, badly cooked dishes, but also incompetent employees.
To see where the problem is, he fills the restaurant for a real service where stress is at its highest. After that, he makes a first assessment.
Etchebest does not hesitate to put his finger where it hurts, even if it means changing everything in the restaurant: the menu and the decor. Obviously, the human aspect will be important and the mistakes not to be made will be at the center of the debates.
