In 1995, seventeen-year-old Isabel Baker died tragically. The murder sent shockwaves through the small community of Ashford and shocked the Australian South Sea island community where Isabel lived. The investigation led to no resolution, and the killer was never identified. However, in 2020, the opening of a "time capsule" - a sealed container holding objects or information intended to be opened at a later date - reveals a secret that gives detective James Cormack, in charge of investigating this unsolved case, clues to finding the murderer.
