Ekki was offered a “tax CD”, which allegedly encumbered everything that had a reputation in Münster. Wilsberg should help Ekki to check the credibility. When the press gets wind of the "tax offender CD", a first voluntary declaration arrives at the tax office. The real estate entrepreneur Ehrenberg wants to clean up.
