The son of the married couple Melanie and Thomas Rensing is kidnapped in the small town of Horsthausen in Münsterland. Ekki Talkötter can persuade Georg Wilsberg to help his cousin's Thomas's desperate family. For fear of their little son Max, they want to keep the police out - Wilsberg will hand over the money.
