Jun Soo and Hyeon Seok have a talk, asking each other whether the other is doing their best. At home Jun Soo tells Do Hee to talk and listen to the person who previously wanted to become her friend because Jun Soo is no longer a friend of hers. To Lawyer Lee's disappointment, Chairman Na asks to cancel the investment by his father. Jeong Yeon asks Do Hee whether the person she is interested in is the person living on the rooftop and tells her, that she will always be on her side. Pressured to seduce Lawyer Lee, Joo Yeong asks Lawyer Lee to be her partner. On Jin Joo's wedding day, Chairman Na and Do Hee finds out that Jun Soo, Hyeon Seok and Na Ri are related. Do Hee then has a talk with Hyeon Seok and asks about Jun Soo's past, but doesn't get any answer. Do Hee gets angry at Jun Soo for pushing her to his brother and tells him about her plan to make him join BY Group so Jun Soo confesses, that he has a criminal record.
