4 Signs You're Being Controlled By Others

Are you feeling like you're being controlled by others? Are you feeling like things are happening around you that you don't understand? Do you feel like you are being manipulated? If so, you might be struggling with being controlled by others.

Sometimes people try to assert power over others and control situations. They may do this out of anxiety because they worry that things will go wrong if they do not maintain control as well.

In this video, I'm sharing 4 signs you're being controlled by others. If you feel like you're dealing with one or more of these signs, it might be time to seek out help. It can be difficult to deal with being controlled by others, but it's important to get help if you're struggling.
