According to the CDC, 3 in 10 children with ADHD also have anxiety. The ADHD symptoms are so similar to anxiety, that sometimes, the two actually are so similar that you are not sure which is which. To help raise awareness on living with ADHD and anxiety, we made this video to highlight the key difference between ADHD and depression.
