Who is PSI from Psych2Go? #shorts

This is Psi. And he… is just like you.

Sometimes, Psi feels terribly down. There always seems to be something that is whirling in his mind, sucking away his energy.

Other times, Psi feels at peace, happy. He’s grateful for what is around him and enjoys the company of those who he trusts.

Through many challenges, whether it’s related to relationships, family, work, or school, Psi leaps through them head-on. Though it may be painful to deal with at the moment, these obstacles help him grow, making him stronger every single day.

Ever wondered why there’s a plant on his head? Well, think of Psi as us humans and the plant as our mental health. Without adequate nutrients and care, the plant withers and wilts. But if we constantly water it in the form of mindfulness practices, self-love, forgiveness, and encouragement, the plant sprouts and proliferates.

Don’t forget to water your plant. #shorts
