Traumatic moments can take on many different shapes. These events can impact and reconfigure your life causing you to withdraw from things you enjoyed. At times, you may feel physically threatened or afraid. Because of the distressing feelings caused by the event, you may no longer feel like yourself, or find it difficult to move on. In today's video, our goal is to remind all trauma survivors that you're not alone. What you're going through are natural emotional responses and there is no need to feel ashamed.
