Dr. Bradwejn is trained in medicine at the University of Sherbrooke and psychiatry at McGill University. He is a Professor Emeritus and Ex-Dean of Medicine at the University of Ottawa, Founding Dean at the Ottawa Shanghai Joint School of Medicine and Visiting Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and is presently a Professor of Psychiatry, University of Montreal. His main research interests has been in the field of anxiety disorders, and has since expanded his work to integrate biological and psychological approaches to treat anxiety disorders. His work has been published in over 180 articles and book chapters, and shared his work in more than 400 conferences and 350 educational media interventions.
