Do you feel like you’re constantly worrying? Do you feel like your worries sometimes prevent you from living your life to the fullest? This is extremely common, especially with all the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic. But whilst worrying is a completely normal experience, excess worrying, especially about trivial things, can be detrimental.
Please note, this video is for educational purposes and is not intended to shame individuals who experience any of the worries listed. Instead, it is meant to shed light and offer some guidance. With that in mind, here are 10 things life is too short to worry about.
