These styles are secure, anxious, fearful-avoidant, and dismissive avoidant. In this video, we'll be focusing on the signs of an anxious attachment style. Anxious attachment style is “a type of insecure attachment style rooted in a fear of abandonment and an insecurity of being underappreciated”.
