Emotions are biological states associated with the nervous system brought on by neurophysiological changes variously associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioral responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure. As human beings, we’re all hard-wired to feel things and react on an emotional level to the things going on around us. However, at some point in your life, do you ever get confused about what you're feeling and why you're feeling it? So you end up repressing, denying, or hiding your true feelings because you did not know how to deal with it. But understanding our emotions not only helps us better understand ourselves but also in building a deeper, more meaningful life. In this video, we would like to share with you a couple of things to know about your emotions!
