Do you feel stressed so intensely that it negatively affects your day-to-day activities in your life? Whether you’re struggling with a mental health disorder or an overwhelming circumstance, you aren’t alone. One in four people in the world has been affected by mental or neurological disorders at one point in their life. According to the World Health Organization, treatment is often available but is not sought. So, in this video, we’ll present to you the reasons why teens should reach out for help and counseling.
